He trained in the Meisner Technique for three years under Michael Saccente. Throughout his career, Daniel has taken on various roles, including appearances in Shortland Street, Legend of the Seeker, The Shannara Chronicles, and most recently, as "Arthur" in the 2024 film Heart Eyes. On the directing side, Daniel has helmed productions such as Bollocks and Neil LaBute's Reasons to Be Pretty, both staged at the Basement Theatre.
