| Lydia is a dynamic New Zealand actor and performer whose roots in lyrical and jazz dance give her a natural rhythm and grounded physical presence on screen. A graduate of Yoobee Colleges’ South Seas Film and Television School, she has also worked alongside respected creatives including Semu Filipo, Dave Fane, and intimacy coordinator Jennifer Ward-Lealand. With a background as a gymnast and training in stage combat, Lydia brings an unshakable discipline and kinetic energy to every role she takes on. She’s a storyteller who connects from the inside out; curious, intuitive, and quietly fierce. Off-set, she fuels her creativity through painting, writing, and yoga. Lydia is at the beginning of a promising journey, and she’s just getting started. |
