| Wolfgang is a passionate and versatile actor from Aotearoa, born on Great Barrier Island and of Ngāti Maniapoto o Kinohaku descent. His journey into acting began at 18 when he attended Vancouver Film School, earning a diploma in Acting for Film and Television. His professional debut in David Mamet's Romance at a fringe festival earned him a Pick of the Vancouver Fringe award. Wolfgang's dedication to his craft is evident through extensive training in various areas such as stage combat, dialects, voice, ADR, singing, stunts, Shakespeare, movement, and audition techniques. After returning to Aotearoa, he deepened his connection to his heritage by cycling the entire coastline. A multi-faceted artist, Wolfgang writes, directs, and practices wood carving ("whaakairo"), constantly challenging himself creatively. He is driven to maximize his potential and remains committed to the journey of an actor. |
